Reserve & Pay Securely
Select your size (S, M, L, or XL), choose Men’s or Women’s, and pay securely using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card. You’ll receive a unique 4-digit collection code.
Collect Your Surprise Bag
Visit the store during the collection window shown in your order. Show your 4-digit code to the staff, and they’ll hand you your bag. Open it up and discover what’s inside!

What is a “Surprise Bag”?
A surprise bag contains clothing items from a local retailer in your chosen size (S, M, L, XL) or accessories, in your chosen category (Men’s or Women’s), with a retail value higher than the price you pay. You won’t know the exact items until you collect them – that’s the surprise!
What sizes are available?
We offer S, M, L, and XL sizes for both Men’s and Women’s categories, plus Accessories. When you reserve a bag, you select your preferred size, and the retailer will curate items to match.
How do I collect my bag?
After payment, you’ll receive a unique 4-digit collection code. Visit the store during your collection window, show your code to staff, and they’ll hand you your surprise bag. It’s that simple!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), debit cards, Apple Pay (on iPhone), and Google Pay (on Android). All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel anytime before the collection window for a full refund. Since retailers prepare bags based on reservations, orders become final once the collection window begins. If there’s a genuine issue, contact our support team.
What if I miss the collection window?
If you don’t collect during the specified time, your order will expire. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for missed collections. Please set a reminder in the app!
How do I create an account?
You have several options: Apple Sign-In (fastest for iPhone users), Google Sign-In, Email Magic Link (no password needed!), or Continue as Guest for browsing with limited features.
